New Servo-Controlled Gabion Mesh Machine Boosts Efficiency for India’s Infrastructure Projects

Our factory has recently launched a new servo-controlled gabion mesh machine, integrating PLC + servo drive systems to allow quick switching of mesh size, twist mode, and width. It supports wire diameters from 2.0 to 4.0 mm, with galvanized or PVC-coated steel wire options. Standard mesh sizes like 60×80mm, 80×100mm, 100×120mm are produced with high efficiency. One model with a 5.5 m weaving width can produce about 3–4 m²/min with high stability.

In several slope‐reinforcement and riverbank protection projects in India, contractors have chosen machines of this kind for their precision and labor-saving capabilities. For example, a 4300mm wide gabion machine has been used in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh for road side slope stabilization and flood embankment works, accelerating on-site construction and reducing weak points arising from splicing.

  • Touchscreen control for quick parameter adjustments (mesh size, twist count) to meet diverse project needs.
